Having heart surgery at any age is a really big deal. It can leave a really ugly scar that you just want to hide. Well one little guy is showing off his scar proudly and has earned over a million fans on Facebook. His name is Joey, otherwise known as "ridiculously good looking baby".

Joey Powling Jr. was born in July with a heart defect known as tetralogy of Fallot. This defect is common in children and means he was born with a hole in his heart. On October 25, at a mere three months old, Joey had his first open heart surgery. Five days later they revealed the scar in its entirety and his mom wanted to take a picture.

John is looking at the camera with an amused smile as if he is saying "Pft, what scar?". The baby's uncle saw the picture and knew it needed to be shared with the world. He posted the photo on Reddit with the caption " My 3 month-old nephew just had open heart surgery. Chicks dig scars, right?"

Don't we all wish we could look like that? This picture is more than just that of a cute baby. It shows hope and strength. It kind of puts things in perspective. To the family, it is much more than a photo. They are using their unfortunate situation to bring an awareness to an unfortunate disease - tetraology of Fallot. While the Powling family may be amused by the fame of the photo, they still have a long road ahead of them before young Joey is healed.
