Spring officially begins tomorrow and Friday ushers the start of the Azalea and Spring Flower Trails. Kick starting the trails, is the Rose City Artisans and Flower Market open at 10 a.m. Friday morning on the Grounds of the Goodman-LeGrand Museum in Tyler.

The market is free and open to the public from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday on the grounds of the Goodman-LeGrand Museum, at 624 N. Broadway in Tyler. There will be live entertainment and concessions available, as well as tours of the historic Goodman-LeGrand mansion, during this two-day event.

With more than 30 vendor booths on site, you'll find, garden décor and garden-related items, produce, pottery, wood crafts and hand made soaps. An assortment of beautiful flowers and herbs including azaleas, roses, trees, bedding plants, herbs, daylily bulbs, orchids.

While shopping for the garden you'll also find home-baked specialty food items and Cedar Creek Brewery will be serving samples of their specialty brews, and more.

Live entertainment will go on throughout the day, and additional parking can be found next to the museum in the adjacent church parking lot.
