The Chanels are back, idiot hookers — and this time, they're putting the "Mad Diva" in M.D.

In a new teaser for Season 2 of Fox's Ryan Murphy-created horror-comedy Scream Queens, Queen Bee Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) — along with her catty sidekicks Chanel No. 3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel No. 5 (Abigail Breslin) — struts through the abandoned wing of a hospital.

Decked out in chic, pastel-hued designer outfits (pink capes, diamond bracelets and orange furs, oh my!) and custom, crystal-encrusted candy striper hats, the formidable trio have left their serial killer-cursed Kappa Kappa Tau sorority house behind for the hyper hygienic halls of Cathy Munsch's (Jamie Lee Curtis) medical facility.

While not featured in the Entertainment Weekly-debuted promo, cast members Keke Palmer, Lea Michele, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash are set to return for the series' second season, which will also see performances by Jerry O'Connell, Taylor Lautner, Colton Haynes, Cecily Strong and John Stamos, who will play a sexy doctor. (Have mercy!)

Speaking to ET at Comic-Con earlier this month, Roberts revealed that the upcoming season of the show won't be as "glamorous" for the Chanels as the last one.

"It's so funny to see everyone taken out of Kappa house and put into a hospital because everyone still has the same personality. The Chanels are trying to hold onto their own style and it's just sad," the actress said. "Trying to have their cute pink sorority looks in this sad hospital!"

The second season of Scream Queens premieres Tuesday, September 20 on Fox.
