Harry Potter fans get ready for a short road trip to ATX! Now, you can experience the magic of the third film with a live orchestra.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban will be shown at Bass Concert Hall on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin Saturday, Feb. 2, with a performance by the Houston Symphony Orchestra.

Each note of the film's score will be played as the film is shown on screen. I find this incredibly exciting. Of the eight films, this may be my favorite. I love how the kids begin to come of age, and Harry meets his godfather in a very different way.

It may be a drive to get to the theater, but you could totally load up on magical butter beer potions as you make the trek. We've got the spell you'll need to share with your barista to make it just right.
