As if Selena Gomez wasn't Queen of Instagram already, the most-followed person on Instagram just landed another social media milestone: She's set a new record for the most-liked photo in the app's history.

The snap that gained all those double taps? A gorgeous portrait that doubles as an ad campaign tie-in, showing Gomez in a red tank top sipping on a Coca-Cola bottle that says "You're the spark," a lyric from Revival's "Me & the Rhythm." The song also currently appears in a Coca-Cola ad (corporate synergy!). The photo has gained 4.1 million likes in two weeks, breaking the previous record for most-liked Instagram set by Selena's ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, who raked in 3.7 million "hearts" with a photo of himself...and Selena, taken in happier times for the onetime couple.

Gomez's Instagram clout is the subject of The Hollywood Reporter Digital Issue, for which Selena Gomez, Kevin Hart and Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom cover the mag in a story called "Instagram Unfiltered."

The "Kill Em With Kindness" singer gave THR some insight into her Insta-genius in a July 13 feature titled "How I Became Instagram's Most Followed Person (Without Really Trying)." Gomez says that unlike some celebrities, she doesn't have a social media manager — what you see is 100% SelGo-curated.

"It comes in a moment when I capture something happening, and I go, 'Oh, that would be great for Instagram. I should post it.' I know it's boring, but that's genuinely what I do," Selena told THR.

In terms of what she picks to post — a combo of behind-the-scenes moments from her Revival Tour, sexy glam shots, intimate videos and photos with friends — she said, "I try to find a good balance of just being 100 percent myself and knowing when to post a really good selfie with good lighting." Being really, really pretty likely helps grab some clicks too.

Gomez shared that a seven-week-old photo of her riding a shopping cart in Saskatoon, Canada while eating a lollipop had some fans crying "photo shoot," but she explained that the shot looks great because her tour photographer took it.

"I've created this bond with him, so it's super organic when he takes photos," Gomez revealed. "We were in the grocery store, all shopping for the bus, and I always eat when I shop. I remember one of the comments said, 'I cannot believe she rented out the grocery store for a photo shoot,' and I died laughing. I was like, 'Well, I didn't.'"
