Admittedly we'd been hazing 'SNL' of late for its emphasis on musical stars to host, namely Bruno Mars, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, and most recently the two-sided flop of Justin Bieber. Now, the original two-sided Justin has returned, as the long-running NBC sketch comedy series has tapped favored guest Justin Timberlake to both host and perform on March 9! Get the latest on Justin Timberlake's big 'SNL' return inside!

We were relieved to get a bit of a break from 'SNL's' recent streak of musical hosts with this past weekend's turn from 'Django Unchained' star Christoph Waltz, as well as the news that comedian Kevin Hart would host the March 2 installment with musical guest Macklemore. Now, various outlets are confirming that four-time previous host Justin Timberlake will return to the 'SNL' stage on March 9, acting as the musical guest as well!

Promoting upcoming solo-album “The 20/20 Experience," Timberlake provides a welcome return to the 'SNL' stage, having always proved reliable in sketches, performance and one-off digital shorts. Hopefully, Timberlake's return appearance will coax 'SNL' alum Andy Samberg back for another Lonely Island video, as with the most recent "YOLO" parody.

Well, what say you? Are you excited to have Justin Timberlake return to the 'SNL' stage for a fifth time? What do you think the former N*Sync star will pull from his sleeves on March 9? Tell us which hosts you're most looking forward to in the comments!

And just to refresh your memory, here's JT's performance of "Dick in a Box" with Samberg.
