Stars + Scars Mud Run Set for June 25 in Kilgore

The Kilgore Chamber of Commerce and Visitor's Bureau are hosting the first Stars and Scars Mud Run, Saturday June 25, at Rabbit Creek Off-road Park.

Participants will have an opportunity to take part in a 5K or 10K muddy run with 10+ obstacles that are man-made along with hills, mud bogs and pits. The race will be chip-timed through Race Day Event Services.

Individuals and teams can sign up now through June 22 online, and after that may register at the event on Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 a.m.

Spectators are welcome, and other fun events will be scheduled on-site as well including concessions, corn hole, and mud volleyball.
