The Voice is one of the biggest and most talked about reality shows on TV right now, it airs on NBC each Tuesday night and features big name talent appearing as vocal coaches (instead of judges)!  Among the judges is Cee Lo Green and he told Vh1 radio that the show is getting better and better each week.
