HOUSTON — The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has lifted a reprieve given earlier this week to 29-year-old Beunka Adams.

Adams’ faces lethal injection tonight in Huntsville for a fatal shooting during a Cherokee County convenience store robbery 10 years ago.
