It’s unclear who will sing first at the concerts, but most shows like this switch up the order of the performers from week to week. Carolina Liar will serve as the opening act for the pair.

Gavin Degraw has been out of the hospital for a week, and continues to recover at home after a brutal attack on the streets of New York while he was out with friends.

Reports say he suffered a broken nose, concussion, and cuts and bruises. As he tried to get away from the attackers, he was hit by a cab.

Police have pretty much papered the East Village in New York City with flyers looking for tips on the guys that beat up Gavin Degraw last week. Apparently this is not sitting well with some people. At first read I was going with "how silly" but now that I think about it, IS it preferential treatment? Leave me your thoughts after the jump. Besides, people do get mugged every day and do not get flyers posted to find their culprits.

Over the weekend Gavin DeGraw was attacked and ended up in the hospital with injuries while in New York City. According to his rep, who told ABC News Radio, "Gavin DeGraw was assaulted late Sunday night and was taken to the emergency room at Bellevue Hospital by ambulance. He is currently under observation."
