Sanderson Farms Bringing 1,000 Jobs to Palestine and Anderson County

In a time when jobs are scarce, a poultry company has their eyes on expanding into East Texas. According to a press release from the City of Palestine, Sanderson Farms is looking to build a poultry complex in Anderson County with a feed mill coming to Freestone County.
