Justin Timberlake hasn’t been making a whole lot of music since catching the acting bug, but it looks like the six-time Grammy winner will at least be playing a musician in an upcoming film.
Maybe this is a transition from movies back to music.
Though he has pop roots, Justin Timberlake knows his rap, too. The ‘In Time‘ star stopped by ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ to promote his new movie and show off both his hip-hop and humor prowess.
Justin Timberlake started out as a Mouseketeer on the Mickey Mouse Club along with several other famous people like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling, JC Chasez and others. In an appearance on the Ellen Degeneres show scheduled for tomorrow, Justin describes what he and Ryan Gosling did one day while on the MGM Studio lot as mouseketeers right after the jump.
Does Justin Timberlake ever sleep? The singer/actor took time out of his busy schedule to appear in the music video for ’Hoodies On, Hats Low,’ the debut single from Memphis-based band FreeSol. But JT didn’t just make a cameo in the video, he also directed it.
It looks like Mila Kunis isn’t the only ‘Friends with Benefits’ star who will be going to the Marine Corps Ball.
Following in the footsteps of a fellow soldier who turned a tongue-in-cheek video proposal into a date with Kunis, a female Marine recently took to YouTube to ask Justin Timberlake to be her date to the Ball. And Timberlake — who was reportedly instrumental in getting Kunis to accept her date — says he’d love to go.
According to Reuters, News Corp has sold Myspace for $35 million. Mouseketeer-turned-musician-turned-movie star Justin Timberlake recently sat down for an interview with Playboy, during which the openly candid star of 'Friends With Benefits' and 'Bad Teacher' talked about smoking pot and whether or not he plans to release new music.
In the interview, published Monday, Timberlake says he "absolutely" still smokes pot, adding, "The only thing pot does for me is it gets me to stop thinking. Sometimes I have a brain that needs to be turned off. Some people are just better high."
Justin Timberlake teamed up with Andy Samberg on this weekend's "Saturday Night Live" season finale for another riotous Digital Short. The duo reprised their much-loved Color Me Badd satire, following up 2008's "D**k in a Box" and 2009's "Motherlover" with a slow jam called "3-Way (The Golden Rule)." In the video, Timberlake and Samberg, while preparing for dates, realize they're courting the same lady: Lady Gaga, in fact, who was the night's musical guest. Gaga, Samberg and Timberlake give the ménage à trois a go with hilarious results. Check out the slightly NSFW clip below:
Last night was the season finale of Saturday Night Live on NBC and it was a great show with Justin Timberlake hosting and Lady Gaga as the musical guest! The show started off with Justin's monologue mentioning to Lorne Michaels that he wasn't there to sing because Lady Gaga was there to handle that but ended up singing an original number before getting into the first skit which I thought was hilarious. Check it all out after the jump!
