The new album is called Glass Heart but doesn't have a release date set just yet. Leona got her rise to fame for winning the British version of The X Factor back in 2006 and now Simon Cowell's invited her to perform on the American version of The X Factor sometime after it kicks off next month on Fox. On TV now, we've got American Idol, soon there will be The Voice on NBC and now it's time to make way for Platinum Hit! It's a new music competition series that will be airing on Bravo. Now each of these shows have their own special twist - we know what American Idol's all about, on The Voice the judges (or vocal coaches as they are referred to) will only hear the talents voice and not see them. The twist on Platinum Hit is that the musicians will be battling through songwriting challenges that will be centered around various themes. The winner of the competition will get $100,000, a publishing deal with Sony and a recording deal with RCA/Jive Records.
