City of Tyler to Host Women’s Self Defense Clinic

The Tyler Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting a Women’s Self Defense Clinic on Saturday, July 28th at the Glass Recreation Center. The clinic is $25 per person and available for women ages 14 and up. The event is scheduled from 11am to 2:30pm at 501 W. 32nd Street in Tyler.

Police say the Longview bar fight started inside and spilled outside into the parking lot at Lodge Sports Bar and Grill on McCann Street in Longview early Friday, and that's where one man was beaten unconscious.
