Madonna's manager has confirmed that Madge is headed back to the studio via his Twitter page.  It will be her newest album since 2008's Hard Candy.  She hasn't been lounging around in her off time, Madonna's directed the movie W.E. (which is set to come out in December), she went on tour, opened a line of fitness clubs and helped her daughter debut the Material Girl clothing line.

Madonna's been working directing a movie lately, , it was previewed in Berlin last week but will not be released here in the U.S. until the fall when distribution rights get settled.  In the mean time, her manager, Guy Oseary answered some fan questions on Wednesday on Twitter and he wrote that Madonna
"is currently listening to new music and is very eager to make a new album."
