One Direction has a pretty clean reputation and look to them and sing about happy things until recently when they had a request during a show to sing part of their favorite Ed Sheeran song. Ed Sheeran is a British singer songwriter who's latest song "The A Team" is about a young lady who turns to prostitution to support her drug habit. After the request was shown on the big screen One Direction begins singing.
Directioners may notice some fresh ink on two members of One Direction. Harry Styles and Zayn Malik — arguably the band’s biggest heartthrobs — recently got new tattoos.
In addition to being mega talented and adorable, there’s another reason One Direction are some of the hottest guys in the pop game right now: They’re loaded.
Kelly Clarkson may be one of the hardest working singers in the business. In addition to climbing the charts with ‘Stronger,’ the ‘American Idol‘ alum is also serving as a coach on ‘Duets‘ and a sought-after songwriter. The ‘Dark Side’ singer even have one of her tracks to a little band named One Direction — and it wasn’t easy for her to part with it!
It was a good week for the One Direction boys, even though it was revealed that Liam Payne broke his toe, thanks to an errant Mac Book Pro landing on his foot. Ouchies! Even so, the boys’ ‘Up All Night: The Live Tour’ DVD was the No. 1 music DVD in America, as well as 24 other countries. That’s right. The 1D boys scored No. 1 positioning in 25 countries. Congrats!
Woof woof. One Direction are going to be on the road for the foreseeable future and with most of the guys in long distance relationships with their lady loves (more on that in a second), they are looking for some comfort and companionship on the road. No, that’s not an open invite to rabid Directioners to get really up close and personal. Turns out the boys are lobbying their management to bring a dog on the road with them.
$15 million. That’s the whopping payday that EACH member of the five person One Direction stands to make for their upcoming film, which may or not be a 3D concert doc. That’s a lot of cash and their pockets are getting fatter by the minute!
Get ready to invest in Kleenex and therapy sessions, Directioners. A member of One Direction was spotted smooching one very lucky lady.
Good news, Directioners! One Direction are hard at work in the studio. The U.K. superstars are already prepping a followup to their smash ‘Up All Night.’
Guess which member of One Direction supposedly insured his butt — or bum, if you want to use a British slang term — for £100,000, which roughly amounts to about $162,000 in U.S. dollars?
In case you had any doubt that One Direction were a bona fide pop phenomenon, their inescapable hit ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ is featured in Tuesday’s episode of ‘Glee.’
