Sure, they’re technically still kids, but one can’t help but say “aww!” at the newly released baby photos of ‘American Idol’ stars Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina.

The photos, released by ‘American Idol’s’ website, show the season 10 winner and runner-up looking so-adorable-it-hurts as they pose for the cameras. In Scotty’s case, we see him with his older sister, while Lauren poses in a cute frilly dress and bow.

Haley Reinhart, James Durbin, Lauren Alaina, Jacob Lusk and Scotty McCreery have all been mentored by will.i.am, of the Black Eyed Peas, and just last week Sheryl Crow helped them out. All but Jacob will be mentored by one of today's biggest stars on this weeks American Idol. Lady Gaga will be joining the final 4 contestants this week to help them on their performance and show.
