The Recording Academy announced the news in a press release that also revealed that Record of the Year nominee Kelly Clarkson will be performing during the ceremony.

On Saturday, Gaga returned the favor, dropping by New York’s Beacon Theatre for a show that marked Sting’s 60th birthday and his 25 years as a solo artist.

But Gaga wasn’t the only star who showed some love for Sting: Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder and Black Eyed Peas main man Will.i.am were among the other big names who came to jam on Sting and Police songs.
