January 15, 2013 Barbara Bass, the mayor of the City of Tyler, has a goal of planting 5000 trees within the city in five years and the city is on track to meet that goal, but is in need of volunteers to help obtain it though.
Ladies and gentleman, we're back at it again -- it's another round of dogs in holiday costumes. This time, however, there's a huge difference-- we're not responsible in the least bit! See, these dogs did it all to themselves.
TYLER - Crews are working to remove a large tree blocking a section of Old Bullard Road. Tyler police say Oncor is on the scene and police are re-routing traffic on Old Bullard after the tree fell early this morning blocking traffic and knocking out power to residents in the area.
Though it takes him a little while to figure out the proper plan of attack, a dog named Stubs is able to climb a tree in order to retrieve a stick his owner put up there. Good boy!
