Studies show that an average of 35% of Americans are either obese or overweight. This includes people of every age ranging from children to the elderly. And no matter how old you are, losing weight and watching what you eat is not easy. Well a company called HapiLabs has just released a fork that's whole purpose is to track what you're eating.

Every year around the holidays, many of us eat a ton, and then a week later we wonder why in the world we did that to ourselves. Because it tasted good!

Those little packs of Halloween candy have been "fun size," but they're not so fun when they're sitting on our thighs and back sides. And looking ahead, there are turkeys and trimmings, pumpkin pies, and Christmas candies, and big steaming mugs of hot chocolate with whipped cream in our future.
