Their relationship was short lived – October to December – and it had quite a bit of an age difference too! Jake has called it quits with Taylor.
“They’re over,” a source tells PEOPLE about the short-lived relationship. “It ended last month.”
The couple didn’t spend time with each other on their birthdays and brought in the New Year in separate cities.
