Fresh from plunking down a cool $17 milli in cash(!!!) for a waterfront Rhode Island mansion, Taylor Swift is getting back to work, to speak. She is said to be preparing the acoustic duet 'Everything Has Changed' as the fifth single from 'Red,' which she co-wrote with her tourmate, British ginger kid Ed Sheeran, who also appears on the track.

They may have fended off dating rumors while appearing together on her current 'Red' tour -- the fact that this track is looking to be the next single won't do anything to quell the pervasive rumors of a behind-the-scenes romance between the pair -- but T. Swizzle and Sheeran keep on trucking and doing their thing.

'Everything Has Changed' would follow previous singles 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,' 'Begin Again,' 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and '22.'

The song is set to hit radio in Sheeran's native U.K. on June 24. A solid U.S. single date has not been confirmed just yet, so stay tuned.

It'll be interesting to see how radio listeners who are not dyed-in-the-wool Swifties react to T. Swizzle sharing her vocal spotlight with a male voice.
