Taylor Swift made it five wins in a row in the Favorite Female Country Artist category at the American Music Awards when she captured the 2012 trophy tonight (Nov. 18) in Los Angeles.

"Taylor, have you ever won an award before?," presenter Eric Stonestreet of 'Modern Family' asked sarcastically as T. Swift took the stage. She expressed her love for her dedicated fans, more than 1 million of whom picked up her new album 'Red.'

"You guys are the ones who voted on this, and you have made this such an amazing couple of weeks for me with 'Red' coming out," she said. "We just put some of the dates on sale for the tour and you guys sold them out in minutes, and I'm so stoked. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm really, really happy right now and that's all because of you. Thank you for voting for this award. I love you guys."

Swift beat out Miranda Lambert and former winner Carrie Underwood to take home the trophy. That makes 11 career American Music Awards for Taylor, and she's still only 22 years old! At this rate, don't be surprised if she's picking up the Lifetime Achievement Award before she turns 30.
