The video for Fifty Shades Darker's lead soundtrack single, "I Don't Wanna Live Forever," from Taylor Swift and Zayn (or as we fans of Taylor Dayne's "Tell It To My Heart" are fond of calling their matchup, "Taylor Zayn") arrives Friday, January 27. And it looks to be as dramatic as the upcoming sequel.

Swift posted a teaser for the video to Instagram on Wednesday (January 25), with the promise, "Coming soon..." Zayn soon upped the ante by sharing a preview clip of the song, which finds him smashing barware while Taylor thrashes on a bed and grabs at her own hair to convey passion. But will they...get physical?

As in the first still from the "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" clip, which Taylor shared in honor of Zayn's 24th birthday on January 12, the new visuals find the two pop stars ostensibly singing their impassioned duet from the steamy film while facing away from each other, or in separate scenes. That's likely an artistic choice that perhaps speaks to the song's lyrics about a torn heart, but also, nothing says "don't get it twisted, this man is dating my squad member, no Zayn-o!" like wholly avoiding any eye contact, or really any contact whatsoever. Sensual!

The song, written by Jack Antonoff and Sam Dew with Taylor, is on the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack, which also features Halsey's "Not Afraid Anymore" as well as contributions from Sia, Tove Lo, and a collaboration between Nick Jonas and Nicki Minaj.

On how Zayn came to join the track, the former One Direction member told the Elvis Duran Show in December, "We were kind of in separate places when I mentioned the idea to her, I spoke to her on the phone."

"She had heard the song ’cause Jack [Antonoff] had played it to her, so she really liked it…So I asked her if she could be on it and she was cool with it."
