TBT: Mandee’s San Francisco Vacation Playlist [PHOTOS]

Mandee Montana

The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show discussed their favorite songs to add to a unified Spring Break Road Trip playlist this morning, and it inspired me to share my own.

Mandee Montana

This playlist was created for my last family vacation with my mom and brother. We ventured to San Francisco, California in the Summer of 2007. During our trip we traveled down to the Mystery Spot in Santa Cruz, cruised the Embarcadero and even went south to Jose, so I created a list of tunes that held memories from previous family road trips. Here’s a look at the music that I grew up with as well as a few from 2007.

You’ll notice that our mom had quite the influence on this playlist. I was fortunate to be exposed to a lot of different styles of music and artists throughout my childhood. Many family road trips during my youth were spent singing along to Three Dog Night’s Greatest Hits and Joan Jett & Blackhearts.

Here’s my ‘California Drive 07′ Playlist:

Three Dog Night – Joy to the World
The Rolling Stones – (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction
Wild Cherry – Play That Funky Music
