Tyler Man Considered ‘Very Violent’ is Found + Arrested in East Texas

A suspect wanted by Tyler Police and considered ‘very violent’ was arrested Friday by law enforcement authorities in Henderson.

Blake Everett Reed, 26, of Tyler was arrested when authorities received a Crime Stopper tip on his location.  Thanks to the media, police received numerous tips on possible locations of Reed that eventually led to his arrest.

Reed was wanted for a Violation of Protective Order; his bond has been set at $1,000,000.00 by Smith County Judge Randall Rogers.

Reed has an extensive criminal history in Wood County.
