You may already know that I've been on a health and wellness journey for the past couple of months. I wanted to share a helpful tip, with anyone who is wanting to follow a similar path.

I have found that being prepared makes eating better so much simpler. Making a list of what you plan to eat ahead of time, shopping for it, and cooking certain items ahead of time, simplifies the day to day experience. I spend a couple of hours each week, shopping and then an hour twice a week preparing my food.

This video gives you a guideline of how you can get started. Modify where you want to, but this will give you a great start.
