Five months ago I began a journey to improve my health and wellness. I had been tired, uncomfortable and felt really heavy.

I decided to start focusing on nutrition and incorporating some light exercise into my daily life. I started to notice a big change after a short amount of time, and stayed motivated. I set a goal to lose thirty pounds by my birthday. While I didn’t quite reach my goal as quickly as I initially hoped, I did reach it.

Yes, I set my goal. I diligently worked toward it and I achieved it. I meal prepped, I learned new recipes, I made a plan and stuck to it. I’m so grateful I learned how to change my habits. Now, it’s so much easier to make a healthy choice than an unhealthy one, and I’m finally at a weight that feels comfortable. I have energy again, and I’m loving my life.
