Trick or treaters in one Fargo, ND neighborhood may be in for the shock of their lives tomorrow night when they go to look through their pumpkins filled with candy because she plans on handing out a letter to kids who she feels are 'moderately obese' instead of giving them candy.

The lady is doing her part, as she describes it, to curb childhood obesity in her community and feels that she needs to lead the charge. She called into a Fargo radio station to explain her position by saying,

I just want to send a message to the parents of kids that are really overweight," a woman only known as Cheryl said. "I think it's just really irresponsible of parents to send them out looking for free candy just because all the other kids are doing it. I'm contributing to their health problems, and really, their kids are everybody's kids.”

The letter she plans on handing out has been obtained and posted:
