Children in Tyler found a body in a wooded area.

The body was decomposing when it was found close to the Tyler Pipe facility, according to EastTexasMatters.com. Smith County Sheriff's Officers were called to the area of Highway 69 and I-20 at around 2 pm on Sunday (February 24). Police have not released the identity of the person yet, nor have they said it foul play was involved.
