Those of us who are sleep deprived can rejoice a bit this weekend, because we will all be receiving an extra hour of sleep!

Daylight Saving Time comes to an end at 2 a.m. Sunday, which means at that point we are to move our clocks back one hour, giving us our extra hour of sleep.

When you wake on Sunday morning you'll most definitely feel a little bit off because it's going to take a few days up to a couple of weeks to get used to the adjustment, because the light and the time of day will feel like they don't match up.

Most of the U.S. observes this time change ritual by setting their clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night, except for Arizona, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

With the changing of time this weekend, it's also a good reminder to replace the batteries in your smoke detectors within your home and business.
