Kobe Bryant Could Be Getting A Street Sign In Los Angeles

Could Kobe Bryant be getting a street named after him in Los Angeles?

According to TMZ, even though it isn't official L.A. City officials are definitely having a conversation on how to pay homage to the fallen NBA icon by naming a street after him.

Now before we start practicing saying "Kobe Blvd", or "Kobe Ave" this process is still very early and so far there is no official word a decision.

Other sources say they are currently working on a tribute to Kobe in L.A. right across the street from the Staples Center.

LeBron James is honoring his friend by getting a tattoo of a "Black Mamba" as the Lakers play their first game since Kobe's death against the Portland Trailblazers at the Staples Center.

One fan has thought of a great idea to have Kobe Bryant's daughter Gianna Bryant's jersey number #2 immortalized in the rafters of the Staples Center with her father and started a petition on Change.Org and so far it has over 138,000 signatures.

Official memorial plans for Kobe should be available early next week.
