Mix 93-1 CTCU Teacher Of The Week March 6th

Mix 93-1 and CTCU are proud to recognize outstanding teachers from our East Texas classrooms!

This week's recipient is Mrs. Peloquin. Mrs. Peloquin teaches 6th grade social studies at Rusk Jr. High.

Mrs. Peloquin was nominated by a former student who now has a daughter being taught by her! The former student had these kind words about Mrs. Peloquin:

Mrs. Peloquin is one of those teachers that sticks with you not only by the content she teaches, but by the challenges she gives you to reach the goal of succeeding. She was my and my husbands 6th grade social studies teacher, but is our daughter's teacher now, and after all these years of being out of her class and returning during meet the teacher for our daughters induction into her class, we felt the same atmosphere we felt when we were 10 and 11 yrs old. Our daughter tells us the way she presents the lesson, she makes learning fun and makes everyone want to thirst for more. We told our daughter that is what we experienced, and we believe she deserves this recognition for a job well done, thank you for your service, and encouraging us to be good citizens.
