More Than $18,000 Raised For Children’s Miracle Network [PHOTOS]

Mix 93-1 is very proud of its' listeners as they called in and pledged more than $18,000 for the Children's Miracle Network during the two day Mix With Kid's Children's Miracle Network Radiothon.

Thursday and Friday, August 20th and 21st Mix 93-1's Lucky Larry and Mandee Montana hosted a radiothon to raise money for the pediatric services at Mother Frances Hospital. Generous East Texans donated $18,055 for the East Texas charity. All the money raised will stay right here in East Texas and will go toward purchasing much needed equipment and training so that children up to the age of 18 may receive the best possible care if they are ever admitted to Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Jacksonville or Winnsboro or at one of the many Trinity Clinics throughout East Texas.

The funds raised will go toward the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit), Special Needs Clinic, the ER and will be used wherever the hospital system comes in contact with children.

Mix 93-1 and the Children's Miracle Network would like to thank all those who have donated in support of the Children's Miracle Network in the past and those who donated during this years' radiothon, it is greatly appreciated.
