Looking around the garage, the storage building and the closets, my wife thinks we have collected too much stuff and its about time to get rid of it.  So this past weekend we had a garage sale not only because we had so much stuff but because the weather was nice too seeing that fall has finally arrived in East Texas.

It all started with the idea nearly 4 days ago to have a garage sale.  My wife and I along with a lot of help from the in-laws priced our way through a bunch of unwanted stuff, setting up the garage sale, worked day 1 and here came day 2!

So the thought of having a garage sale had finally become a reality.  The preparation, the pricing, the planning, the online ad placed - all complete.  It was the day of the big sale, or in our case we had a couple of days! The day started early, because garage sale goers have done their homework and scanned the online ads and are ready to buy my unwanted stuff at the crack of dawn.
