It's a Mother's Day weekend tradition with thousands of participants walking and running their way through the brick streets of the Azalea District of Tyler racing in hopes of finding a cure for breast cancer.

The Tyler Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure is set for this Saturday in Downtown Tyler. You're invited to come show your support, and ladies are asked to make a 'Pinky Promise' to get your mammogram scheduled this year.

Each year thousands of East Texans converge upon Bergfeld Park in early May for the annual Komen Tyler Race For The Cure as they run, walk and sleep in to help find a cure for breast cancer. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the race here in Tyler.

Registration is officially open for the 15th Anniversary Susan G. Komen Tyler Race for the Cure. The race is set for Saturday, May 11 at Bergfeld Park in Tyler. The race is chaired by Brenda McBride and Cindy Nick.

Thousands of people from around East Texas will be descending upon Bergfeld Park Saturday morning for the annual Komen Tyler Race For The Cure.  All of these people have one mission in common, to help find a cure for breast cancer.  Plus, they all have a different reason for participating too, whether it's in the 5k run/walk, 50 yard kid's dash or the 1 mile fun run/walk, they're doing it for some

"Dine Out For The Cure" will be held tonight at Gilbert's El Charro restaurant in Tyler. When you dine out tonight at El Charro, you'll be waited on by a special staff of East Texas celebrities, who all have one goal in common: to raise money for breast cancer research.

The 2012 Komen Tyler Race for the Cure is set for Saturday, May 12th at Bergfeld Park in Tyler. Registration is going on now! Just visit komentyler.org and fill out your entry on-line!
