Rosie O’Donnell shocked her audience during a taping of ‘The Rosie Show’ on Monday with a little special announcement — she’s engaged. E! News did the leg work in confirming the news with one of O’Donnell’s reps. The boisterous and sometimes outspoken host plans to wed her girlfriend Michelle Rounds, but no date has been set yet.
