Chris Hemsworth seems to still have a bit of a chip on his shoulder from being mostly excluded from Captain America: Civil War. Sure, he gets to be back with his buddies for Avengers: Infinity War, but he managed to take a little time during a break on set to work some of his frustrations out.

It’s been well-known for quite a while that Natalie Portman isn’t appearing in Thor: Ragnarok, which takes place largely on Asgard and throughout its other spacey realms, with very few scenes set on Earth. If you were hoping that Jane Foster might return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe sometime soon, however, then you might want to take this news whilst sitting down.

Thor fans, the weekend you have been waiting for is almost here. Finally.

As expected, 'Thor' enjoyed a solid performance at the weekend box office. The superhero flick, which impressed most critics with its action-packed storyline and breakout performance by star Chris Hemsworth, took in an impressive $66 million, leaving the rest of the competition in the dust. Globally, the film has already grossed $242 million, according to Variety.

The summer movie season officially kicks off this weekend with the opening of what's to be expected as one of this year's biggest blockbusters...'Thor'.  Also, arriving this weekend are 'Something Borrowed' and 'Jumping the Broom' Check out the previews after the jump.
