When watching football players on TV, they can come across as big, mean, and scary. And in some cases they are just that. But sometimes they surprise you. Sometimes they’re just big teddy bears and the littlest and sweetest things melt their hearts.

When NPR radio reporter Jeff Cohen’s 5-year-old daughter Sadie gave her 3-year-old sister Eva a very unauthorized haircut, he obviously wasn’t too pleased. But it didn’t take long for him to realize that Eva’s new asymmetrical do (pictured left) was actually pretty funny and that the story of how the haircut came to be was downright adorable.

At this point, most of us take the sweet, fizzy goodness of soda for granted. But not so much little Noah, who’d never had root beer before. Watch his adorable reaction to taking his first sip of the stuff.

They say kids learn by example, and now we have further proof — little ones who’ve watched their moms and dads order coffee are now able to do the same thing with a new concoction called a “babyccino.” And baristas are none too happy about it.
