Smith County has taken action with its controversial plans to enforce mass gathering permits and now a neighboring county will be following suit.

Authorities have announced that they have made their first arrest of someone who allegedly has violated the new regulations.

While a MAJORITY of trail rides and their subsequent concerts are peaceful, over the weekend gunfire rang out at a trail ride near Dallas and one person is dead.
