Last week I started P90x3 with my good friend Carleen, and I'm still sore... but I haven't given up yet.

The workouts are 30 minutes each, and the plan is scheduled to continue for 90 days. I took measurements before the first workout, and weighed myself. I'm waiting to measure and weigh again until I've got one month completed.

So far I seem to notice a difference in my energy level,and I'm only 10 days in. The workouts are total, and I've been sore from shoulders to calves.

Thus far, my favorite workout is the X3 Yoga. I've been trying to alter my diet somewhat as well. Most days I'm eating a nutritious breakfast made at home, and following it with a salad at lunch, and a light dinner. The goal is to stay around 1,800 calories, but ... today I had half a Nothing Bundt Cakes bundtlet, and a Texas Spud at Jason's Deli... so that didn't go as planned.

I'll do better tomorrow. I'll be up early hitting the mat at 6:30 a.m. Have you been working out? Do you have a favorite method that works for you, and keeps you motivated?
