The life of a Wimbledon line judge isn’t exactly the most exciting of professions, but sometimes things can pick up if they get in a tennis pro’s line of fire.

During a fourth-round match between Mardy Fish and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, a female judge who called out one of Fish’s serves got a ton of ball in her face when it deflected and hit her in the eye.

Thankfully for her, she survived the blistering 118 mph shot to the head and didn’t endure any permanent damage. But boy, are we thinking of every single combination of “balls in her face” jokes with “that’s what she said.”
