This may be the best proof that doing drugs is harmful to your brain.

A woman was arrested after a Central Texas police department's hoax announcement about heroin and meth being infected with ebola spurred her to turn in her own stash of drugs for examination.

The post made by the Granite Shoals Police Department said: "If you have recently purchased meth or heroin in Central Texas, please take it to the local police or sheriff department so it can be screened with a special device. DO NOT use it until it has been properly checked for possible Ebola contamination!"

A mere two days after the post was made, GSPD stated that a "concerned citizen" delivered her drugs to the police station for testing. It was then that officers arrested the woman, identified as 29-year-old Chasity Hopson, under charges of possession of a controlled substance.

How should the GSPD expand this program? Got an idea for how to sucker in dumb criminals or law breakers? Sound off in the comments below.
