Watching dominoes fall and hearing the sound they make when they do is mesmerizing to me, so when I ran across a video last night on YouTube that showed twenty to twenty-five thousand dominoes about to fall in succession I was drawn in!

It's pretty awesome how someone can take the time and have a very steady hand to set up a domino trail like the one in the video below. In addition, they've got to have the patience to set up that many dominoes and now a little about geometry and physics too!

As a child of the 80's I remember having a domino set called Domino Rally! It made setting up domino trails extremely easy because a lot of them were attached to straight rails which made it easy. Thanks to YouTube again, I found a TV spot from back in the day!
