4. Treats of Christmas Benefiting North Dallas Food Bank

Presented by the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Chefs Association, dozens of premier chefs from area restaurants and catering companies provide an assortment of gourmet cakes, sweets, pies and cookies available for purchase. Find it Saturday, Dec. 22 at Northpark Center.

5. New Years Eve in Dallas

Bring in the new year from the top of Reunion Tower’s 560-foot “Ball.” No Big D NYE this year, but Dallas can still go big with more than 4,000 pyrotechnic effects will light the Dallas skyline. For a good view, head over to Trinity Groves.
