Be Katy Perry For Halloween [VIDEO]

I know it may be a bit early to think about Halloween (mainly because it's August and 107* outside!), but if you don't plan early your ideal costume may sell out early and not be available!  Now, if you were thinking about being Katy Perry for Halloween this year, there's a company that will allow you to look like her from her "California Gurls" video.  Find out more after the jump.
