We all remember the Budweiser Clydesdales, right? Those magnificent horses pulling a carriage fit for a king? Well, it looks like we’ll be seeing them again during the Super Bowl 2012 commercials.

These horses were typically used to pull the carriages of royalty, and they’ve since become a signature of Budweiser, the King of Beers. For this year’s Super Bowl ad, entitled ‘Return of the King,’ the Anheuser-Busch beer company is going back to its roots.

Here’s the scenario — after 13 long year, the Prohibition is finally over and onto the scene come the galloping Clydesdales, pulling along a carriage filled with boxes of Bud. What better way to celebrate the ability to legally drink again than with an ice cold beer?
