Fashion Trends For Fall 2013 [PHOTOS]

I love Fall Fashion. I get excited at the start of September and start re-organizing my closet to include my favorite long-sleeve tee's, skinny jeans and boots. As much as I love relaxing through the lazy days of summer, Fall happens to be my favorite season. I love crisp mornings, the beautiful color changing trees, and welcome the return of cuddle-worthy clothing.

I realize that the weather in East Texas doesn't yet call for my favorite Fall trends, but I'm planning ahead and watching for pieces that I can transition into the cooler temps when they do arrive.

Whether your as obsessed with Pinterest as I am or you wait all year the September issue of your favorites fashion magazine, it's finally here, Fall Fashion is back. On Friday I picked up the September Issue of Elle Magazine - there was not a Vogue in sight - and started combing the pages.

What did I find? Denim, boots, military styles and maxis.

Denim on denim: The chambray shirt is still in full effect, now you're encouraged to pair it with your jeans or jeggings.

Riding Boots: Whether you prefer the classic look like I do, or you want to go for something a bit more trendy, riding boots are once again hot for fall.

Military Accents: Outerwear becomes important beginning in fall and carries on into Winter, find a great coat or jacket with military details. I'm loving the peacoat with peplum flare.

Maxi Dresses: The long flattering skirts were great all summer, and can easily transition into fall with simple accessorizing. Add a denim jacket and a great belt to give it structure and offer warmth.
