‘Forrest Gump’ Showing Tonight at Liberty Hall in Tyler

In a month filled with patriotic classics, Liberty Hall in Tyler, tonight has decided to show the Academy Award Winning  Forrest Gump.

The film took home six Oscars in 1995 including, Best Picture, Best Actor for Tom Hanks, Best Director for Robert Zemeckis, Best Writing, Best Film Editing and Best Visual Effects.

The film tells the life story of Forrest Gump of Alabama, and his life-long love Jenny. From childhood, through college and the War in Vietnam to his life as a parent, Forrest sees life through his own unique perspective.
