CONTEST RULES
Contest Name: “Secret Sound” (the “Contest”)
Contest Dates: Beginning April 2, 2012 through April 27, 2012 and again June 4, 2012 through June 22, 2012. Contest will not be played on Friday, April 6, 2012.

(The “Stations”) will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
The Company may conduct the Contest concurrently and simultaneously on several participating stations owned and or operated by the Company, and in various states, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time during the Contest as announced on the affected station. For a current list of participating stations, send a request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “SECRET SOUND” CONTEST, TOWNSQUARE MEDIA CONTESTING, 3810 Brookside Dr., Tyler, TX. 75701.
1. Description of Contest/Participation.
1A. How to Enter:
Listen to participating radio stations each weekday during the contest period for the on-air contest trigger announcement (including the audio of the “sound”) to be made on each participating radio station. When the contest trigger airs, the 20th caller to the contest number, (903-509-1000, 1-800-487-0931, 1-866-581-1015, 903-939-1107, 903-561-8200, 1-866-212-1107, or 903-581-4111) will be allowed to guess the “Secret Sound.” If the correct answer as to exactly what the sound is given, that person will be named the winner. The On-Air contest will run from April 2, 2012 to April 27, 2012 and again from June 4, 2012 to June 22, 2012.
1B. How to Play:
Listen weekdays, Monday through Friday, at 10:55 a.m., 12:55 p.m., 2:55 p.m., and 4:55 p.m.(CST) for the contest trigger to call and win. Additional contest times may be added or deleted at any time. The Twentieth (20th) caller to the contest line at 903-509-1000, 1-800-487-0931, 1-866-581-1015, 903-939-1107, 903-561-8200, 1-866-212-1107, or 903-581-4111, will get to take one (1) guess at what the Secret Sound is. If the caller is correct they will win a prize consisting of a various cash amount and a Super One Foods gift card of a various amount. Prize(s) subject to full phone call completion (to include winner’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, email address, availability requirements and other contest rules). Entrants with active caller ID block, or other devices to mask identity will not be eligible to win. The contest trigger will be aired at the discretion of each participating Station on weekdays, Monday through Friday, through the contest dates of April 2, 2012 to April 27, 2012 and again on June 4, 2012 to June 22, 2012. The Contest will only be valid when the special contest trigger message airs on participating Stations at designated contest times. Additional contest times may be added to the Contest at any time. Odds of winning each Contest event will vary greatly depending on numbers of participants from this state and other states.
1C. Technical Issues
Should a participating station(s) have a technical issue resulting in a contest trigger not airing or airing at the incorrect time, station(s) will forfeit participation in the contest for the day/time that the contest trigger was indented to broadcast. Technical issues include but are not limited to computer error, human error, off-air transmitter difficulties. Station(s) and Townsquare Media, LLC. will not be held responsible for technical issues.
2. Prize(s).
Prize amounts will vary depending on how difficult the Stations determine the sounds to be. Harder sounds (as determined by the Stations) will be eligible for higher dollar amount prizes.
All Prize components may not be sold, traded, transferred or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth herein. No alternative Prize compensation will be provided. No cash equivalent for Prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable by the winner to any person. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize or equivalent prize.
3. Eligibility and Limitations.
Participants, winner(s) and guest(s) must be legal U.S. residents at least 18-years old as determined by the Company and reside in a participating Station’s Total Survey Area (“TSA”). Company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize. Winners are subject to a verification process to include winner’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, and social security number. If a winner is disqualified, Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize per household for the Contest. Winners are eligible to win only once per lifetime in a Townsquare Media LLC nationwide and/or group contest. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
4. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer.
Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment. Participants that enable the “Caller ID” block function will not be allowed to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telephone number if prompted, or disable the features inhibiting their participation in the Contest. Participants using equipment not set up for toll free phone exchanges (800, 888, 877, 866, etc.) may experience call connection problems. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company’s control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Entries must be made as detailed herein. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms are permitted. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest.
5. Publicity; Use of Personal Information.
By participating, all participants and winners grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes on a worldwide basis in perpetuity.
6. Release.
By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their employees and agents of each, the Contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.
7. Taxes.
Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Stations will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
8. Conduct and Decisions.
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Miscellaneous.
Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as announced on the Stations. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Stations and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.
10. Compliance with Law.
The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Stations shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc. as required by local and state law.
11. Participating Radio Stations
The Company may conduct the Contest concurrently and simultaneously on several participating stations owned and or operated by the Company, and in various states, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time during the Contest as announced on the affected station. Station participation in this contest during the contest dates may vary from day to day. Each station will announce participation. Stations participating in this contest may include all or some stations owned or operated by Townsquare Media, LLC and/or other stations owned and/or operated by other companies.

MIX BOUTIQUE CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

The Contest is sponsored by Townsquare Media, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the “Company” ). By participating, each participant agrees as follows:
1. Description of Contest/Participation.
1A. How to Enter.
Listen to Mix 93-1 weekdays during the contest period for the on-air contest trigger announcement made on the station. When the contest trigger airs, listeners will be directed to the studio lines at 903-509-1000 or toll free 1-800-487-0931. Caller number 10 will get to play the Mix Boutique with a chance at winning a designer handbag. The contest will no be played Monday, May 28th (Memorial Day)(if the contest is still airing at the time).
1B. How to Play.
Listen weekdays during the contest dates for the cue to call air at approximately 10:20a, 12:20n, 2:20p and 4:20p. The 10th caller will become the contestant for the Mix Boutique. The caller will then have a chance to pick two squares from the Mix Boutique play board that are numbered 1 thru 15. Each square will represent a left side or right side of a designer handbag or have an “X” behind it. If the player uncovers an “X” at any point during the contest, the contest ends. Contestants will win a designer handbag that is featured in the current boutique when they uncover and match the left side to the right side of the same designer handbag. Contest winners are subject to full phone call completion (to include winner’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, email address, availability requirements and other contest rules). Entrants with active caller ID block, or other devices to mask identity will not be eligible to win. The contest will only be valid when the special contest trigger message airs on participating stations at designated contest times. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants.

All prizes will be awarded. Potential winner must claim his/her prize from the Company at the participating Station awarding the prize, by the end of business day on Friday, August 3, 2012. If a winner cannot be contacted by Friday, August 3, 2012, fails to claim the prize by August 3, 2012, is deemed ineligible based on these Official Rules, or is disqualified, the winner forfeits the Prize and the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner at a time of its choosing prior to August 3, 2012, in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize or equivalent prize.

Listen to participating radio stations each weekday during the Contest Period for the on-air Contest trigger announcement made on each participating radio station. When the Contest trigger airs, listeners will be directed to a toll-free Contest number, 1-877-854-9467 (877-854-WINS). Caller number 25 will win $1,000 cash. The Contest will run from May 1 through May 31, Mondays through Fridays (excluding Memorial Day May 28th). A total of 44 $1,000 prizes will be awarded.
1B. How to Play.
Listen Monday through Friday between 7AM and 7PM (local time) for the Contest trigger to call and win. The triggers will air two times per day during those hours. Prize(s) subject to full phone call completion (to include winner’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, email address, availability requirements and other Contest rules). Entrants with active caller ID block, or other devices to mask identity will not be eligible to win. The Contest trigger will be aired at Company’s direction on each participating Station on weekdays during the Contest Period. The Contest will only be valid when the special Contest trigger message airs on participating Stations at designated Contest times. The Contest trigger will be aired no more than Forty Four (44) times throughout the Contest Period but may be aired less than the stated number of times at the discretion of each participating station. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants.
1C. Technical Issues.
Should a participating station(s) have a technical issue, including but not limited to, computer error, human error, and off-air transmitter difficulties, resulting in a Contest trigger not airing or airing at the incorrect time, Company and station(s) will not be held responsible.

Prize package for each single winner will be $1,000. Prize value is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). A total of FORTY FOUR (44) $1,000 prizes will be awarded. Approximate total value of all prizes is Forty Four Thousand Dollars ($44,000).
All prizes will be awarded. Potential winner must claim his/her prize from the Company at the participating Station awarding the prize, by the end of business day on Friday, June 15 2012. If a winner cannot be contacted by Friday, June 15, 2012, fails to claim the prize by June 15, 2012, is deemed ineligible based on these Official Rules, or is disqualified, the winner forfeits the Prize and the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner at a time of its choosing prior to June 30, 2012, in its sole discretion. 6. Release.
By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their employees and agents of each, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize and to verify eligibility, participants must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release form provided by the Company.
7. Taxes.
Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Company will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
8. Conduct and Decisions.
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel, which are final with respect to this Contest. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Miscellaneous.
No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as announced on the Stations. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Stations and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope, and also on the website at [insert URL]. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned. 10. Compliance with Law.
The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Stations shall follow the applicable laws for conducting Contest, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc. as required by local and state law.
11. Participating Radio Stations.
The Company may conduct the Contest concurrently and simultaneously on several participating stations owned and or operated by the Company, and in various states. Each station will announce participation. Stations participating in this Contest may include all or some stations owned or operated by Townsquare Media, LLC and/or other stations owned and/or operated by other companies. See Appendix A for the list of participating stations.

General Contest Rules
Dates/Terms/Eligibility KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM (the “Stations”) may change the dates and/or terms of the Contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be broadcast on the Station and/or posted on its website.
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win.
Employees of Radio Stations KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM (“Stations”), Townsquare Media, its affiliates and their public relations agencies, participating sponsors and family members (family is defined as spouse, parents, children, sibling, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents) are ineligible.
Employees or agents of Townsquare Media, its radio stations (including KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, and KDOK-AM) or any entity associated with the Contest as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agent, may not participate.
One prize per winner and his/her immediate family (family is defined as spouse, parents, children, sibling, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents) and or/household (household is defined as anyone living at the same address) is allowed within a thirty (30) day period.
All sales, prizes and other taxes, gratuities and any other incidentals associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Prizes may be transferable, but not exchanged and may not be substituted, except by sponsors for reasons of unavailability. In which case, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM assumes no responsibility or liability for damages loss or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM is not responsible for replacing tickets in the event of show cancellations as a result of weather, promoter or performer.
Each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to the Station. Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by the Station prior to receiving their prize. Each winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified.
KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM is not responsible for errors, problems or delays in the mail or telephone systems that may prevent callers or entries from reaching KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM. Listeners can call the contest line by dialing (903) 581-4111, (903) 509-1000, (903) 939-1107, 0r (903)561-8200. If a caller gets disconnected for any reason before their name and phone number have been recorded, another call will be taken. Decisions of the KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM judges are final. All contest entries will become the property of KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, and KDOK-AM.
In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify the Station, and its officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant’s participation in the Contest. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Station, which shall be final and binding.
Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM and sponsors not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM or users by any equipment or programming utilized in promotions, games or contests, or by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate.
KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion, game or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of any Internet promotion, game or contest, or the Internet portion of any promotion, game or contest. KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM, in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means. All Internet participants agree to be bound by these rules, and the Official General Rules appearing above.
Employees of Townsquare Media, KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM, its associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

Prize is awarded as is to the winner only. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted.

In the case of ballot entry contests; if ballot form is illegible, a new form will be drawn
Ballots must be filled out by actual person entering to win contest. No substitutions. If ballot was filled out by a third person, a new ballot will be drawn.
KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM may not be held responsible for any technical difficulties, for example studio equipment or phones that result in a potential winner being disconnected on studio lines.

Where a prize consists of tickets for a sporting event, concert, movie, play or similar event, KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM will not be responsible for cancellation. In that event, the winner must deal exclusively with the promoter of the event.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.
Particular contests may limit eligibility to persons of a certain age, who live in a given geographic location, or who work in a particular job, by way of example. Contestants are responsible for determining whether such eligibility limitations apply to a particular contest or promotion.
In its discretion, KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM may require winners to sign a release form in order to receive the prize. In such a case, the winner will not be entitled to receive the prize without signing the release.
The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to contests or promotions sponsored by KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM is reserved exclusively to KNUE-FM, KTYL-FM, KISX-FM, KKTX-FM, KDOK-AM. Its decisions shall be final.
